ABOUT:
Our Ina Beginner Yoga Series is designed to introduce the basics of yoga, breath & meditation in an accessible and fun environment. Unwind with us in the peaceful Yoga Garden in Santa Rita, and leave with valuable tools to support your next level of holistic well-being.
Register for either session 1 OR session 2. Class size is limited to 10 participants, and both sessions include an introduction to yoga, guided meditation, breath techniques and a beginner yoga flow. It will be led by certified yoga instructor, Livia Marati. Yoga mats & blocks will be provided.
